Tatanka Means is an award-winning actor and stand-up comedian from Chinle, Arizona. He represents the Navajo, Oglala Lakota, Yankton Dakota and Omaha Nations. His most recent works include the Oscar nominated film KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON directed by the legendary Martin Scorsese and is now available on AppleTV+, as well as Kevin Costner's epic western, HORIZON, along with the upcoming WIND RIVER: RISING and OPUS now streaming on HBO. Off screen Tatanka travels North America performing stand-up comedy throughout Indian Country sharing the good medicine of laughter and inspiration to all ages. Tatanka was recently a featured comedian on the PBS special, ROOTS OF COMEDY. Tatanka has become one of the busiest most in-demand touring Native comedians performing today.
Tatanka was named ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR by the National Indian Gaming Association. He is proud to be an alcohol & drug-free sober performer.
